Jaclyn Seymour joins us from the beautiful Black Hills of Rapid City, South Dakota.
Jaclyn began her on-air career with the friendly faces of Mount Rushmore in December of 2014, where she covered incredible opportunities like interviewing the second man to walk on the moon - Buzz Aldrin, live reporting on the legendary 75th Sturgis Motorcycle Rally and sharing the stories of local people and organizations.
But Jaclyn is no stranger to Erie.
After her family moved to Millcreek in 2011, Jaclyn called Erie home during summers and breaks while attending Cleveland State University.
Jaclyn was first introduced to the wonderful world of television news in college while interning at the local NBC affiliate in Cleveland - WKYC-TV, but she says being a television reporter was her dream since childhood.
Jaclyn double majored in Film and Digital Media and Journalism at CSU. GO VIKES!
But when Jaclyn isn't working on bringing Erie the latest news, you can find her outside at Presque Isle walking her pug Stella, at any sporting event (Go SeaWolves and Bayhawks) or spending time with friends and family.
She is also a huge Duke Blue Devils, Philadelphia Eagles and Detroit Tigers fan (yeah, she's all over the place).
If you ever see Jaclyn out and about, she would love for you to say hi.
If you have any story ideas, or would just like to say hello, you can email Jaclyn at email@example.com.
