The Satellite Home Viewer Act requires you as a viewer of WFXP, your local FOX affiliate, to receive our signal over the air wherever possible. This may REQUIRE the use of an outdoor antenna.

You must make a reasonable effort to establish over the air viewing. In some cases you may not be able to receive our signal with any amount of effort; here is what to do:

Pursuant to a law passed by Congress, you must contact your Satellite provider directly to request a waiver, check the status of a waiver, or appeal a denied waiver.

WFXP will no longer respond to waiver requests directly from Satellite subscribers.
