August 20, 2014- Two people who allegedly assaulted a Corry man are now behind bars.
Nicholas Bimber and Amanda Smith were taken into custody by Erie police last night; there's no word on where they were caught, or how they were found.
According to Corry police, the two were reportedly involved in a break-in and assault on August 10th at a home in Snyder Circle.
In an article in the Corry Journal, the assault victim was treated and released from Corry Memorial Hospital.
Bimber was taken to the erie county prison on two erie county bench warrants and an Oklahoma extradition warrant as well as warrants from Corry police...
Smith is currently being held at the erie police department.
Both Bimber and Smith will be arraigned later this morning.
