erie, Pennsylvania - AUGUST 28, 2014-- An Erie man pled guilty to numerous charges this afternoon as part of the Attorney General's ongoing efforts to target the distribution of child pornography. 45-year-old Darby Conover of Erie, pled guilty to ten counts of possessing child pornography, distributing child pornography and criminal use of a communications facility. The charges come as part of Attorney General Kathleen Kane's announcement of child predators arrested throughout the Commonwealth. According to the criminal complaint, Conover was using a peer to peer network to make files of child pornography. The Attorney General's office.. And Millcreek Police found thousands of files containing suspected child pornography on a computer at Conover's home. Conover is being held in Erie County Prison on 100,000 dollars cash bond, his sentencing is set for December.
