It was another sold out Mariners Ball at the Erie Maritime Museum. This is the 4th year for the prestigious event that’s a major fundraiser for the Flagship Niagara League and the Erie Maritime Museum.

This year’s event pays tribute to the 200th anniversary of the Star Spangled Banner, written by Francis Scott Key in 1814. This year’s legacy award went to Jean Craige Pepper Victor, who has been an ardent supporter of the Niagara over the years.

Our Jill McCormick was mistress of ceremonies for tonight's event. Last years event raised over 75 thousand dollars. This year, organizers hope to top 100 thousand dollars
