Daniel Naglowsky was sentenced to spend 11 and a half to 23 months behind bars plus five years probation and another 24 months for separate charges. He also has to pay more than 96 thousand dollars in restitution.
Naglowsky pleaded guilty to arson for setting a house on fire back in February. He will serve his time in the Erie County Prison.
