Governor Tom Corbett is speaking out on his decision to not appeal the gay marriage ruling in Pennsylvania. On Tuesday a Pennsylvania judge ruled that the ban on same sex marriage was unconstitutional. Then on Wednesday, Governor Corbett officially announced that he would not take action against the higher courts...

Corbett's decision now means same sex marriage will remain legal. The governor added "We're not appealing as the statement said I have to take a look at this that you know we did not have any real likelihood of winning an appeal”.

Following Tuesday's ruling, same sex marriage is now legal in 19 states.
