Girard Man Sentenced on Gun and Drug Charges

A Girard man involved in drug and gun incidents last year is sentenced today. Timothy Harbaugh was sentenced on two separate charges use and possession of drug paraphernalia and terroristic threats with intent to terrorize.

Harbaugh got 6 to 12 months behind bars and 12 months probation for the terroristic threats charge and 12 months probation and 50 hours community service for the drug charge.

Investigators say Harbaugh pulled a rifle on a family member.
