One of the five men accused of using stolen identities to open credit card accounts in a federal identity theft case was in court today.

Adebola Mejule appeared before a judge for reconsideration of a detention hearing.

Mejule's attorney's argued that he should be released and placed under home detention like some of his counterparts in the case.

A judge ruled on that request and granted his release from prison with supervised home detention.
