With a little more than a week until election day, county officials spent the day pre-testing the election software.
Test ballots were cast for every candidate on the ballot and recorded on the personal electronic ballot.
The personal election ballots store the vote count and should match the pre-calculated totals in the county's unity system.
Any discrepancy indicates there's an issue with the system giving officials time to fix a problem before election day.

The results of the test are available to the public if anyone is interested in the outcome.
