Horse races usually happen between Sunday and Thursday but a special Saturday race will take place in honor of the Belmont Stakes. The Belmont Stakes are the last leg of the Triple Crown.
General Manager Jeff Favre says he expects a big crowd for tomorrow's event.
"The fact that there is a Triple Crown opportunity, it's gonna drive a lot of excitement to the track which will bring a lot of people in. Which in turn ya know, [people] use the hotel rooms, people go out and eat dinner, they fill up for gas, so it's really good for the the overall economy, for Erie, as well as Presque Isle Downs."
The races begin at 5:25 p.m. tomorrow night.
