March 29, 2014 - Protesters gathered peacefully in memory of a dog that was shot and killed by police on March 1.

The Justice for Titan protest started in Perry Square and the group marched past the Erie Police Department.

Earlier this month, an Erie officer shot and killed the Rottweiler when it was reportedly being aggressive.

The small group of protesters said they have been in contact with the police department and would like to see dog-encounter training for officers to encourage them to use non- lethal force when responding to calls.
