Tips For Handling a Water Emergency

Following that water crisis in Toledo local officials have weighed in on the possibility of that happening in Erie.

Officials at the Erie County 9-1-1 center have tips if an emergency like the one in Toledo were to hit our area.

Brian Mesaros, the Assistant Emergency Management Coordinator for Erie County says one of the main supplies to have on hand is water. Mesaros says "If nothing's going on they can rotate that in and out we recommend three days out 72 hours of water or a week to two weeks so you have a buffer zone."
