An Erie family is mourning the loss of a loved one on the second anniversary of his apparent murder.

Nelson Irizarry's family members gathered for a vigil this morning at the scene of the crime.

Irizarry was fatally shot at West 19th and Myrtle streets two years ago today.

He was found inside of his minivan which was still running.

Family members say they want justice, as the person who killed Nelson has never been charged.

The Irizarry's are planning to meet again tonight for a vigil hoping the power of prayer will bring answers to this unsolved mystery.
