Erie will have a free weekly paper that discusses arts, entertainment, and issues that face the Erie area.
It's called the Erie Reader, and Monday night was their launch party held at the 1201 Kitchen on State Street.
The Editor in Chief says that the paper will be taking on a magazine style of journalism.
The paper will be available anywhere in the city with high foot traffic, including country fairs, coffee shops, and most places downtown.
The Erie Reader hits the streets this Wednesday, March 30th.
