ERIE, Pa. -- Jamaine Gambill, 31, was sentenced Friday to six months to nearly two years in prison for recklessly endangering another person with deadly weapons.
However, after getting credit for time served, will be paroled on Monday.
Gambill pleaded guilty to shooting three rounds outside an apartment window during a gunfight that lead to the murder of 19-year-old Allen Basham last April in the 1100 block of West 26th Street.
