An accident at the Crawford County Fair has turned deadly. Crawford County Coroner, Scott Schell has identified the victim as 64 year old Charles Burns of Saegertown.
Burns was showing a draft horse pulling a wagon when he was ejected from the wagon. That is according to Schell, who says Burns landed under the horses.
He was pronounced dead at 1:45 this afternoon at Meadville Medical Center.
The death has been ruled accidental, with the cause being blunt force trauma to the head.
