A man charged in an East Erie shooting is set to be in court this afternoon.  26 year old Davon McLaurin is faced with a long list of charges, including aggravated assault, after police say he fired a handgun multiple times.

The shooting took place at the Kwik Fill in the 1100 block of East Lake Road in April.  McLaurin was charged by police after showing up at UMPC Hamot with a gunshot wound to his left foot.

Also charged in the same shooting incident is 33 year old Shawn Smith.  Smith was caught on surveillance video firing a gun outside of the Kwik Fill.  His preliminary hearing was this morning, but was continued until August.
