Autopsy complete on man found in GNC store in Crawford County

An autopsy is complete on the body of a man found dead inside a GNC Vitamin Store in Crawford County. 

Crawford County Coroner Scott Schell says 21-year-old Patrick Kozminski died of sharp force and blunt force injuries to the neck and head after the body of Kozminski was discovered at the GNC store on Conneaut Lake Road in Vernon Township last Friday.  According to police reports, Kozminski was found in an aisle of the store with numerous stab wounds to his head and neck.  $250 in cash was also missing from the register.

State Police in Meadville have made an arrest in the case.  34-year-old Adam Greenlee, of Fredonia, PA; is charged with criminal homicide and robbery.  Greenlee was taken into custody this weekend at the Walmart on Elm Street in Erie after fleeing from police in a stolen car. 

Greenlee was arraigned Saturday and is now in the Crawford County Jail awaiting a preliminary hearing.
