Blight fight, judge orders psychiatric evaluation for property owner

A judge orders psychiatric help in a neighbor dispute.  We have been following the blight fight between two neighbors, Tina Quinn and Aurthur Pike.

Quinn has complained to authorities several times about her neighbor, Aurthur Pike.  She says he buried animal carcasses in her flowerbed and poured urine on her hedges, all because she keeps reporting his blighted property to the city.

Today, a judge ordered a psychiatric evaluation for Pike, Pike saying Quinn is "out to get him" and that he's followed the city's orders.  "I have a three-car driveway and I have nothing in it. I've got the back door up to the shed that's at the end of the three-car driveway. Nothing's scattered around. Our recyclables were picked up Wednesday so that's all gone."

Pike says he has already emptied his driveway.  Erie Code Enforcement says Pike also has to clean up his backyard.
