Cheryl Frey sentencing pushed back

An Erie Police Officer who pleaded guilty in a fatal car accident will wait longer before learning her fate.

A judge granting Cheryl Frey's motion asking prosecuters to provide more evidence before she is sentenced.

Frey pleading guilty to Homicide by Motor Vehicle while Driving Under the Influence and the Highest DUI charge in a crash that killed Wade Schulze.

Frey remains on unpaid administrative leave from the Erie Police Department.  She was scheduled to be sentenced Friday, but that's continued to a later date.
