Conneaut Lake Park announces end of season numbers

Revenues at historic Conneaut Lake Park have grown more than 20% in each of the last two summer seasons.  That's according to the Economic Progress Alliance, which operates the park.

Revenues this summer were up 23% over last year.  The park has used proceeds from the sale of lakefront property and beach club fire insurance to pay off more than $1 million in back-taxes.  Now that the park is paid in full with local municipalities, future growth is expected from the planned expansion of Camperland.

The alliance hopes to add 50 more camping sites with full hook-ups.
