Corry students go for a Guinness World Record

Yesterday, students from Corry Area High School attempted to break a Guinness World Record.

Hundreds of kids lined the football field to play the world's largest game of heads or tails.  A special coin was used, made by students, to try to eliminate team after team.  They also raise money, collecting spare change for Relay for Life as another way to make this fun day special.

Eric McCray, Automotive Instructor; says, "It's nice to see the kids get excited about something and they put in extra time and effort to make all this happen." They needed 562 participants to win the record, and they had 903 on the field.  Now, they just need Guinness to verify if they make it in the record books.
