DNA testimony given in trial of man accused of killing wife

ERIE, Pa. -- DNA experts and the cell mate of Billy Ray Gordon took the stand Wednesday as the murder trial for Gordon, accused of killing his wife, continued.

Testimony was given Wednesday about DNA evidence and blood that was found on Gordon's ring and blood that was found inside of the car he was driving.

Testimony was also given about a knife that was found in the wood across the street where the body of Billy Ray Gordon's wife, Linda Gordon, was found. Police said Linda Gordon was found dead on East 19th Street on July 22 and died from multiple stab wounds.

Assistant District Attorney Erin Connelly said closing arguments are expected to begin Thursday morning.
