Erie Day of Code Conference draws interest

The Erie Art Museum fills with Web Developers, Computer Scientists and Tech. Enthusiasts for the third annual Erie Day of Code.

Single Track Conference drew more than 100 techies one day to the area from the tri-state region.  Through a series of lectures and educational sessions, attendees have the opportunity to expand their skillsets and networks.

Matt Machuga, Organizer of Erie Day of Code, says, "My favorite part is the networking, really. I like being able to come and chat with people... because we all have different niche's that we fill."

The event was created three years ago because of a small group of software developers in Erie felt isolated and wanted to find a way to connect with other like-minded individuals in the area.
