ERIE, Pa. -- An Erie musician took his talent on the road and is now traveling around the world.
He's no stranger to the Erie music scene playing guitar for more than 20 years.
Sonny Lombardozzi never stopped doing what he loved and thanks to one lucky show, he is one lucky musician.
Lombardozzi is living the dream of many aspiring musicians from playing small gigs at Sherlock's to selling out stadiums around the country and the world. He's performing for 300,000 people at a festival in Germany.
Lombardozzi plays guitar in the metal band, Incantation -- a group out of Columbus -- recording with the major record label relapse.
Sonny was discovered by a member of the band during a show at a gas station in the middle of Pennsylvania, as he hesitantly played for only two people.
The excitement for Sonny and the band is not dying down anytime soon. In the next year or so they are booking shows in 36 states, Europe, and South Africa.
