Erie Public Schools assessing the needs in the district and they're inviting you to voice your opinion. The Pennsylvania School Climate Survey is now available on the district's site. It's an anonymous survey that will help the district hear opinions from students, teachers, parents, and the community.
The survey comes from the State Department of Education, but the results will be analyzed by the district administration. Ken Nickson, Coordinator of Educational Equity Inclusion, says, "[we] have a lot of people in our community that support us strongly and we want to make sure that their voices are heard, that their opinions are heard through the survey so that we can make those necessary changes if needed."
Parents and community members can take the survey online through the 28th.
You can take the survey at http://www.paschoolclimatesurvey.org.
