Former concessions operator sues Conneaut Lake Park over broken contract

A judge in Crawford County rules there will be no injunction in the case between Conneaut Lake Park and the man formerly contracted to operate concessions.

The park trustees terminated the contract with Dennis Taxacher.  He signed a five-year deal to pay the park a minimum of $40,000 annually for the right to operate concessions, but after just one year, the park terminated the contract and Taxacher is now suing.

Judge Mark Stevens has decided to let the lawsuit proceed in court but will not stop the park from moving on to a new plan for operating concessions.
