It will be probation and not jail time for the former Crawford County Warden who admitted to inappropriate contact with a 17-year-old boy.
Tim Lewis learned of that sentence in a Venango County Courtroom. He could have faced up to five years in jail for soliciting the teenager for sex while Lewis was an officer at a Crawford County Moose Club. Lewis is also required to perform community service hours and must stay away from the victim.
That sentence is on top of the 8-23 months he received for taking nearly $120,000 from the Moose Lodge Accounts.
