A former manager in the Erie County District Attorney's office is heading to trial for theft charges.
Jennifer Sasso, 43, waives her charges of theft by unlawful taking and receiving stolen property in her preliminary hearing Thursday.
Sasso will head to trial on those charges after allegedly stealing more than $140,000 from three different accounts over a six-year period.
That money was stolen from drug forfeiture, the drug task force and the gambling enforcement.
Sasso was fired from the District Attorney's office in January and charged last month.
