Free school uniforms, thanks to Grover Cleveland Elementary

A lot of students in the Erie School District will be looking fine to start the school year, thanks to the Grover Cleveland Elementary School’s Parent, Teacher, Student Association.

The Sixth Annual Uniform Giveaway kicked off Sunday.  Parents with students in need of school uniforms could come by Grover Cleveland Elementary School and pick out uniforms at no cost.  There were also free haircuts being offered, courtesy of Studio Zeff and Headcases Salon.

Those putting on the annual event say the need grows every year.  The President of Grover Cleveland’s PTSA, Becky Bogle, says, “…we want to make sure that we provide not only students at Grover Cleveland to start the year off great, but all the students in the city of Erie School District on a good foot. "

More uniforms and free haircuts will be given away at the school today from 4-7pm.
