WATERFORD, Pa. - The fate of a downtown Waterford building now lies in the hands of the borough.
Firefighters were called to the historic Judson building at 102 High Street just before 9.m. Wednesday night, when a portion of the building collapsed.
Inspectors were on scene last week to inspect the building, and concluded that it should be demolished.
The future of that structure is expected to be discussed at the Waterford borough meeting tonight.
That meeting begins at 7p.m. in the Waterford municipal building.
