A little bit of holiday fun has led to a big contribution to Erie's Shriner's Hospital. This morning, realtors with Howard Hanna presented a check to Shriner's of nearly $8,700. The money was raised through an event the company calls its 'Chow Chow Fundraiser,' held this year at the Millcreek Brewing Company.
Mary Jane Antoon, of Shriner's Hospital for Children, says, "Howard Hanna's supported us for a number of years and it's great events that they have that helps us continue our mission of providing excellent care to kids".
Over the years, Howard Hanna staff members have raised over $15 million in support of the company's free children's care fund.
