Judge grants mattress warehouse extension for clean-up

Apparent progress is being made at the site of a former warehouse, housing hundreds of mattresses destroyed in not one, but two fires.

A judge granted today a 45-day extension for the owners of the property to continue cleaning up the site.  The warehouse caught fire in April of last year and again in June.  Hundreds of mattresses from Canada were being stored in the buildings that were engulfed by the blaze, those now removed.

The owners were originally given 60 days by the judge to have the site cleaned up, but now have more time to finish the work.
