An Erie man charged with strangling a woman to death is heading to trial. The judge bound over all of 26-year-old Justin Glover's charges to trial in a preliminary hearing this afternoon.
He's charged with homicide, unlawful restraint and related crimes in the murder of Anita Jones. Investigators say Glover entered her second-floor apartment at 2707 Holland Street on June 2nd, bound and strangled her with electrical wires, leaving her to die.
Jones died the following day. Police Detectives found a sweatshirt in the garbage belonging to Glover that, according to DNA results, contained stains belonging to Jones.
