Erie, PA - A human leg found in Lake Erie is identified as belonging to a plane crash victim.
The remains were recovered off Lake City after being spotted by a fisherman June 22nd.
According to Erie County Coroner Lyell Cook, DNA confirms the leg was from one of the six victims of a plane crash near Cleveland, OH last December.
This discovery made one day after human remains washed ashore east of Cleveland.
Cook says those remains have also been positively identified as one of the crash victims.
