Local contractor faces additional jail time and restitution fees

Darryl Baideme returns to court

An Erie Contractor learns the addition to his current sentence for recent charges.

Darryl Baideme has been sentenced to a minimum of 21 months to 12 years for charges including false statements to induce agreement for home improvement services.  He was also sentenced to pay $9,000 in restitution to two of the victims.  This coming after Baideme was found guilty on separate charges of deceptive business practices and theft. 

Baideme will serve this sentence on top of his time sentenced in October, 22 months to 44 months and in addition to those restitution fees of $10,000.
