The YMCA of Greater Erie is celebrating another successful year in the community.
The YMCA has invested more than $1 million in services and financial assistance to more than 9,000 children, teens, and families last year. The YMCA also served nearly 40,000 people.
These accomplishments celebrated in the annual recognition luncheon today. Tammy Roche, VP of the YMCA of Greater Erie said, "the Y has actually been around for over 156 years. We're an organization that keeps adapting to and adjusting to what community needs are. It's important that we remain relevant so that we're meeting the most critical community needs."
