Grady’s Decision hosted the Diaper Party at Bourbon Barrel on Thursday.
Guests donated a variety of baby items to benefits families in the neonatal intensive care unit (NICU) this holiday season.
The organization helps families who experience premature births or encounter special medical needs for their children.
Ryan Smith, president and co-founder of Grady’s Decision, said, "We just try to get the community involved; and… as they get ready to think about buying gifts in this upcoming season: to think about the babies in the hospital and the families that are really struggling."
All donations will be distributed to families at Erie’s two NICUs on Christmas Day. Grady’s Decision will accept gift cards, diapers and other baby items through Christmas Eve.
