Man accused of stabbing death waives charges in separate fraud case

A man charged with a Meadville stabbing death is allowing credit card charges against him to move on to court.

34-year-old Adam Greenlee waived his right to a hearing on three charges that he illegally used a credit card in Erie County.  Greenlee is also facing charges in the stabbing death of 21-year-old Patrick Kozminski, who was found in a Vernon Township store in early December.

The preliminary hearing on the homicide has been scheduled for January 24th.
