Man to be sentenced on robbery and gun charges

Nahmar Green entered a guilty plea to robbery and gun charges

ERIE, Pa. - A man involved in a robbery at a downtown Erie cigar shop is set to be sentenced today.

Earlier this year, Nahmar Green pleaded guilty to robbery and gun charges, after entering Dee's Cigar Store wearing a mask, pointing a gun at the store owner and demanding cash. Police say Green fled the store on foot, when the owner, Frank Adiutori, pursued Green and allegedly shot at him.

Green's sentencing is set for 9a.m.in Judge Stephanie Domitrovich's courtroom.
