North East Fireman's Cherry Festival 2017

Cherry pie is back on the menu in North East!  It's all things Cherry for the 72nd Annual North East Fireman's Cherry Festival.

The festival begins tomorrow and it's five evenings of affordable family fun in Heard Park.  The festival includes rides, food, games, entertainment, vendors, the crowning of the cherry queen and, of course, lots of cherry pie.  A highlight of the event is the big Firemen's Parade Saturday afternoon at 4pm.  JET 24 is proud to be part of the parade again this weekend and Tom Atkins will be there live Friday night!

The theme for this year's parade is 'Hometown Heritage' and there will be a judging on all floats, the winner to be announced that evening!

You can check out the schedule of events below, or visit their website for more information.

(Please note that their schedules include a 'Fireman's Closing,' this is usually around 11pm, but may vary based on crowds.)
