Party in the Plaza

The locally owned business in the Shops at the Colony join together for a "Party in the Plaza" to help one special little girl.

Three year old Liv Jordan suffers from a rare and incurable progresssive disease called Sanfilippo Syndrome.  The tenants of the plaza hosted the event to raise money and awareness, complete with face painting, music, disney princesses, and of course, an appearance by Liv.

Heidi Lutz, Owner of the Juice Jar & President of the Plaza Association says, "It's a really rare disease, especially affecting someone so young.  We really wanted to bring attention to the face that this disease is out there."

The party continues until 7:00 tonight, and there is more information at https://www.facebook.com/cureMPS/.
