Pennamon pleads guilty to Obstructing Administration of Law

A man suspected to be the get away driver in a fatal Erie shooting enters a plea in court today.

25 year old Shawnquel Pennamon pleaded Guilty to Obstructing Administration of Law.  The alleged gunman was outside a Shell gas station on East 6th and Parade Street.  That shooting killed Marchell Flemings.

In exchange for the plea, if asked, Pennamon must testify at the homicide trial of Merle Page Junior, the suspected shooter in the case.

Pennamon faces up to two years in prison.
