Erie's notorious convicted pizza bomber mastermind, Marjorie Diehl Armstrong continues to live on, even after her death.
The Erie woman died in a Texas prison in April, but nobody is saying where her remains are located. In a Federal Court filing, a man named Mark Marvin is claiming to be her common law husband and he wants her remains to be turned over to him for burial in New York State. He is also asking the court to vacate the murder conviction.
Diel-Armstrong pled guilty but mentally ill in the shooting death of her boyfriend, James Roden, and was also convicted of being the conspiracy mastermind in the collar bombing death of pizza delivery man, Brian Wells.
