ERIE, Pa. -- Erie police have obtained an arrest warrant for a man who they say fired shots from a car during a shooting incident that injured one man last week.
Police are searching for Dameyon Savion Massey, 18, in connection with the shooting that occurred on Tuesday night outside of Moe's One Stop, 407 E. 24th St.
Massey is wanted on charges that include attempted criminal homicide, conspiracy, aggravated assault, possession of a firearm prohibited, firearms not to be carried without a license and recklessly endangering another person.
Police arrested Shahiyd Carr, 18, of Erie, over the weekend in connection with the incident. Police said Carr was the driver of a white Chevy Impala that Massey fired shots out of after Robert Burrows Jr., 21, opened fire.
Burrows was shot in the foot and taken to UPMC Hamot where he was treated and released before police took him into custody. Burrows was arrested last week and charged with aggravated assault, firearms not to be carried, possessing an instrument of crime and recklessly endangering another person.
Police said Burrows instigated the shooting.
Carr was arraigned on charges of aggravated assault, recklessly endangering other person and tampering with evidence.
