OIL CITY, Pa - Route 19 is expected to be restricted to one-lane traffic during daylight work hours beginning June 19 in in the Waterford area of Erie County due to paving work.
The restriction will be in place from the southern intersection of Route 19 and Route 97 in Waterford Township to the northern intersection of Route 19 and Route 97 in Waterford Borough.
The daylight restriction is expected to start on Monday, June 19, weather permitting, and continue for six days. Flaggers will be in place to control traffic. The restriction is to allow a contractor to complete paving of one and one-half miles of the roadway.
Motorists should expect travel delays, especially during the morning and afternoon commute times.
