You can put in your two cents on the high profile Bayfront development plans at Erie City Council's public hearing. That hearing scheduled for November 1st at 9:30 in the Erie City Council Chambers.
The Erie Community is welcome to review details and comment on two developments along Erie's Bayfront. The first is UPMC Hamot's proposed $111 million, seven-story patient tower that will be replacing the hospital's current professional building, located at 104 East 2nd Street.
The second project belongs to Scott Enterprises. Their Harbor Place Development plan consists of multiple phases. The first phase in the Scott plan is a $15 million Hampton Inn & Suites. The Harbor Place Development will stretch along a 12-acre property on the Northeast corner of State Street and the Bayfront.
Advertising will now begin for that public hearing which, again, is scheduled on November 1st at 9:30am in Erie City Council Chambers.
