The Granada Apartments are now The Reserve at Millcreek.
Property managers remodeled several rooms, as a part of a rebranding project.
Saturday they showed off the changes at an open house, with free barbecue from The Que Abides Food Truck and a petting zoo.
"It is definitely a fresh start. We have seen an increase in traffic through our property and call through our office and it is going well since the new name change," said Katie Schrader, the property manager.
Managers also provided one veteran family free rent for a year.
The family signed the lease Saturday.
