Titusville Police charge man of providing drugs leading to overdose

A four-month investigation in Titusville leads to charges from a July overdose death.

34-year old Brandon McAleer was found at a home in the 600 block of West Elm Street on July 1st.  The coroner ruled his cause of death to be a combination of heroin and fentanyl. Prosecutors charged Benjamin Galmish with drug delivery resulting in death.  It's the first time Titusville Police have used the statute to charge someone with providing the drugs that led to an overdose death.
